Market Study

The output of this assignment was a coherent regional power supply security plan for WAPP member utilities - the plan was to ensure the most cost-effective emergency power supply for all member states - comprised of rationalization, coordination, integration where necessary, instead of the otherwise adhoc emergency schemes.
AEA worked closely with WAPP and ECOWAS member states to develop a Power Supply Security Plan to assist member countries work strategically and effectively towards addressing the issue of persistent power shortages.
A number of the recommendations made in this report have been or are being implemented.
