Jermyn Amissah-Arthur is a seasoned financial and strategy specialist with over a decade of advisory experience spanning energy, financial services, real estate, construction, and agribusiness. He brings deep expertise in financial modelling, feasibility studies, value chain analysis, market research, and strategic planning.

As Senior Advisor at Arthur Energy Africa, Jermyn leads the Financial and Administrative Department and plays a pivotal role in executing major assignments. He serves as an Investment Advisor, evaluating equity investment opportunities and structuring projects, while also coordinating donor-funded initiatives—including programs financed by USAID and the World Bank—ensuring compliance and successful delivery.

Previously, Jermyn worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Ghana in the Advisory Strategy and Operations unit, where he advanced from Junior Analyst to Senior Associate II. His portfolio includes high-impact engagements such as large-scale infrastructure feasibility studies, commodity value chain analyses, market entry assessments, and strategic planning for financial institutions.

Jermyn has contributed to several regional and international energy-sector projects, including:

• USAID West Africa Energy Program (WAEP) – Project Coordinator & Financial Advisor for NEDCo’s Change Management and Performance Improvement Program (2021–2023).
• ECREEE Solar Corridor Road Map Development – Team Member (2017).
• SE4ALL Investment Prospectus Development – Team Leader for Burkina Faso, Gambia, and Ghana (2019).
• World Bank Dam Safety Study Tour for ENERCA – Project Coordinator (2023).

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Luther College, Iowa, USA, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). Jermyn is proficient in English and highly skilled in advanced Microsoft Office applications.
