Constant Atukpa is a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with over a decade of proven experience driving performance improvement and loss-reduction projects for power distribution utilities across Ghana, Sierra Leone, and the wider West African region.

As Principal Engineer at Arthur Energy Africa, Constant plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative energy solutions. He leads the development of project concepts and proposals—covering both technical and financial dimensions—and manages planning, resource forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, engineering design, and execution for diverse assignments. His leadership ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Constant’s expertise spans grid and off-grid energy systems. He was instrumental in constructing Ghana’s first four hybrid mini-grid systems for island communities, overseeing design, installation, testing, and commissioning of low-voltage distribution and end-user systems. He has also championed multiple initiatives to reduce distribution losses for utilities in Ghana, reinforcing his reputation as a results-driven engineer.

Constant holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and is a registered Professional Engineer with the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE).
